Shipments and returns
-All the prices on our on-line shop inclued IVA (tax). For better transparency the shipment fees are added separately at the end of your order as this depends on the total weight and destination of your order.
- The shipment fees depends on weight and destination of your order. Our shipments fees (IVA/tax not included) are:
Mainland Spain 6’00€, and for orders more than 50€ free delivery.
For shipments to Spanish Islands or other countries please consult us.
- Standard delivery takes from 24 to 48 hours for Spanish mainland, and from 2-3 days for the rest of destinations, except for external causes that could be an set back to delivery.
- Before signing the delivery note, please verify that the product has no imperfections or breakages, if so you must write this down on the delivery note as proof that the delivery company handed the goods over already broken. In this case we will proceed to send the broken goods again free of cost.
- The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. To do so, the product must be returned in suitable condition, with all its accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. The customer may only handle the product to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Unless otherwise indicated, the direct costs of return shipping will be borne by the customer. The refund will be issued once the product has been received and its condition verified, in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.
