Description

COLOR: White to light amber.

AROMA: Intense yet smooth, characteristic. Medium persistence, floral with camphoraceous undertones. If almond is present, the nasal aromas intensify. If it is rich in legumes, the aroma is mealy. Sweet taste, sometimes with slight acidic notes.

HOW TO USE: Neat or dissolved in hot or cold beverages. Also as an ingredient in the preparation of all kinds of sauces, dishes, cosmetics, and food products for human and animal care.

PRODUCTION AREA: Warm, calcareous areas of Catalonia and eastern and southern Iberian Peninsula
