Bee bread is a food made from pollen fermented with enzymes, honey, and wax. It is the main source of nutrition for young bees. This food is highly nutritious, rich in B vitamins, phosphorus, and vitamin C.
VISUAL ASPECT (color): Small compacted pellets, color varies depending on floral origin, usually brown, golden yellow, dark brown, or orange.
AROMA: Intense and natural, with floral, fermented, and slightly acidic notes.
TASTE (mouthfeel): Complex and balanced flavor. A sweet-acid profile predominates, characteristic of lactic fermentation. Floral, herbal notes and a slight final bitterness.

PRODUCT DEFINITION: Bee bread is a fermented food that bees create inside the hive from pollen, honey, nectar, and enzymes from their saliva, compacting it in the cells to feed the colony, especially the larvae.
